The most beautiful valley in Cappadocia, Red Valley, will be our starting point. With its spectacular rock formations and brilliant red tones, it is the most lovely valley in Cappadocia. The valley contains some cave-dwellings and frescoed churches that we'll pass on the way.
Then we'll go to Cavusin Village, one of the first Christian settlements, and see the ancient church dedicated to St. John from the 5th century, which is located in the old section of town. We'll proceed to Pasabag (also known as Monks Valley) to see the most spectacular fairy chimneys of Cappadocia after having a picnic lunch.
After that, we'll go to Zelve for a visit to the Zelve Open Air Museum, which is one of the region's oldest rock-cut monasteries. After the walk, we will return to the hotel by car. The Red Valley Hiking Tour begins at 9:00 and lasts until 4:30 p.m.
